Bay Black 1/2 Pound Blanket Alpaca Prime Fiber

For those of you that know fiber - this animal (Timmy) has a micron count of 25. He is a Bay Black (brownish black) color. This is considered superfine fiber and most products made in Peru is with this grade of fiber. It is very soft. His staple length is between 3 - 3.5 inches in length.

This is all prime (blanket) fiber and there is no neck, leg or belly fiber included. It is raw, so it is normal to have some vegetable matter or sand in the fiber. It has not been skirted or washed.
