Hours of Operation (Update Nov 2011):

Our retail location was closed for the summer 2011. We moved to a new location, both farm and store. We are currently building a brand new 1500 sq ft store and fiber studio! In the interim, our yarn has been moved into our 3 car garage.

Shipping Information: All our alpaca products ship the next business day after order is placed for credit card payments. For hand crafted items and custom spun yarn - please see item specifics.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We believe in satisfied customers and will refund any product that is defective or unsatisfactory. Please contact us by email or phone as soon as your order arrives so that we can authorize a credit. All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Shipping options - US Mail, US priority mail, Express Mail and FedEx.
We now ship by weight and yarn can be heavy when purchased in quantity, so for those of you in the US that saw flat rate shipping of $5.25 in the past, I am sorry. BUT . . .
If you are in the US and you spend more than $200 - please use coupon code SHIP200 for a $5 credit towards your shipping charges. I felt this is the most fair for all across the country :)
